How do I create and manage a trip?
Open Trips and choose + Add Trip. Give your trip a name; dates and duration are optional. Open the trip to add sections and preview templates. Use Manage Trip on its folder to edit the details, archive it or delete it.
How do I edit my trip sections?
Open a trip and select a section to expand it. Choose the pencil icon to open the editing page, where you can add content and change the order. Select Save Changes to return to your trip dashboard.
Can I tick packing items on the dashboard?
Yes. Expand your packing list or checklist on the trip dashboard and select the checkbox beside an item. Select it again to untick it.
Where can I find archived trips?
On the Trips page, open the Current Trips dropdown and choose Archived Trips. Choose All Trips to see both. Use Manage Trip to restore an archived trip.
How do I add calendar events?
Open Calendar and choose + Add Event, or select a day to view its activities. You can change between Month, Week and Year views. Choose Categories to rename categories, change colours or select a default for new events.
How does my world map work?
The dashboard map uses the countries saved in Travel Wishlist and Countries Visited. Select Explore Map to zoom, move around and choose a country. Visited countries show the information saved in Countries Visited. A visited country takes priority if it also appears on your wishlist.
How do I change my countdowns?
Select the pencil beside Countdowns, or the countdown box, to add, edit or remove countdowns. Choose Save Changes when finished. Upcoming active trips with a start date can appear automatically. Removing a trip countdown does not delete the trip.
What if something will not load or save?
Check your internet connection and use Retry if it appears. If a save fails, keep the page open and try saving again before refreshing. If the problem continues, contact support with the page name and any error message. Never include your password.
